This design speaks of the future and the strengths of the Eagle. The designs celebrate the life and the hunt in Indian lore. This shield would have first been viewed on a shield worn by an Indian representing,The League off Nations . This league represented five tribes of Indians. The Iroquois Indians as well as The Mohawks Indians, were among the tribes who made up the nations who represented this first form of Democracy.

Product description:

Original piece: India ink with pen and acrylic ink applied by brush on 500lb cold-pressed paper.  Purchased print is a limited-edition, professional glicée print, rendered on high-quality archival matte paper.  The glicée print realistically displays the textures associated with pen and ink art.  Final presentation size will be slightly larger than print size when a frame and/or matte are selected. The standard print includes a sizable white border surrounding the artwork (as displayed in the image above).  Matted pieces are prepared with one inch of matting on the top, left, and right, with two inches of matting at the bottom.  Approximately 1/8” of the white border remains along the matte’s edge on the top, left and right.  The title of the artwork and Sallie’s signature are visible along the bottom of the print.  Framed orders include mounting hardware and are shipped ready to hang.
